High Definition Multimedia Interface that is what HDMI means. Not all of us are familiar with what this does, but it is designed to be used for high resolution video feeds from DVD’s Blurays’s, etc. You can use these cables for computers and for TV screens. But if you want to us the advantages and the clarity of the movies you want to watch or the games you want to play for computer and television use all at the same time you can but and HDMI splitter.

HDMI splitters are specialized accessories that can split HDMI signal into multiple or two or more display devices. An HDMI splitter has a USB port on one end and multiple USB connections on one side. The HDMI splitter can only split the signal it will display the original signal and the signal that will display on the other devices will just be identical to the original signal. This will work great of you have an extra television set for other peoples viewing purposes and if you have an appliance shops, ever wondered how they do the things on television store that they seem to have the same resolution?

There are two HDMI splitter types the cable splitter and the box splitter. Cable splitters are just to split the signal by just duplicating the signal. But box splitters are designed to provide two or more display signals and connections. Hdmi splitters distribute signals to multiple devices there won’t be no signal loss between the original output device and the duplicate. Do not worry because with HDMI cable both devices can be used simultaneously. The resolutions also vary from 480p, 720i/p and 1080i/p the higher the number the higher the resolution will be. Designs and installation is very simple, you will not have a problem with using this specialized device for your viewing pleasure. Cable and the box itself are shielded in order to prevent damages for better and longer usage of the device.
